At Atlas Tea, we take pride in the quality of our products—from every cup we serve to the merchandise you take home. Whether you’re shopping in-store or online, we want you to be satisfied with your experience. Please read below for details on our refund and return policies.
Brewed Tea & Baked Goods (In-Store Consumption or Takeaway)
Due to the perishable nature of our brewed tea and baked goods:
- All sales are final on food and beverages.
- If there’s an issue with your order or with the quality, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. We’ll do our best to resolve the problem, which may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Tea Accessories (Tea Cups, Kettles, and Other Merchandise)
We want you to enjoy your brewing experience. For items purchased in-store or online:
Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
- Items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order number)
Refunds
- Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
- If you are returning an item without a receipt, we may offer store credit at our discretion.
Exchanges
- Need a different item or size? We’re happy to process exchanges if the item is still in new condition and in stock.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or is defective:
- Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
Online Return Instructions
To initiate a return:
- Email us at returns@atlastea.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
- Ship your item(s) to the address we provide. You are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.
