Whether you\u2019re shopping in-store or online, we want you to be satisfied with your experience. Please read below for details on our refund and return policies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Brewed Tea &amp; Baked Goods (In-Store Consumption or Takeaway)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Due to the perishable nature of our brewed tea and baked goods:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>All sales are final<\/strong> on food and beverages.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If there\u2019s an issue with your order or with the quality, please contact us <strong>within 24 hours<\/strong> of purchase. We\u2019ll do our best to resolve the problem, which may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tea Accessories (Tea Cups, Kettles, and Other Merchandise)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We want you to enjoy your brewing experience. For items purchased in-store or online:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Return Eligibility<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Returns are accepted within <strong>14 days<\/strong> of purchase.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Items must be:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Unused and in original condition<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In original packaging<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order number)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Refunds<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within <strong>5\u201310 business days<\/strong> after inspection.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you are returning an item without a receipt, we may offer <strong>store credit<\/strong> at our discretion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Exchanges<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Need a different item or size?
